You have the right to cancel any appointment you book via this website for a full refund any time up to 24 hours before your appointment time. To do this, either follow the cancellation instructions in your confirmation email or get in touch.

If something unexpected comes up within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or message and I’ll do my best to reschedule your time.
